Dante Nuno
Founding Principal
Dante is a multilingual (English, Spanish, Italian) HR and Talent Acquisition and Management consultant with 20+ years of experience. He has supported VP-level leaders in Fortune 500 organizations with 100k+ employees with large-scale transformational and organizational development efforts, and built the HR infrastructure from the ground up as the Head of HR for several tech start-up companies.
Dante has helped lead efforts with international expansion into Canada, Europe and APAC, and helped leaders build remote and distributed teams on a global scale. He has significant experience handling high-level employee relations issues, and coaching leadership in performance management, conflict resolution and all HR disciplines. Dante has a track record of building relationships in all organizations he has supported, and is able to think and speak from a tactical, empathic and strategic viewpoint.
Outside of his career in HR, Dante is a cake designer and sugar artist, an avid enthusiast and participant in the New Contemporary art scene, and aspiring guitarist.
